All of our designs are crafted by hand, so no two items will be identical. Please allow for slight variances from what you see in our photos,this assures That each garment we produce is unique. We take great pride in our products and use 100% cotton, boutique quality tees, ruffled tees, baby suits, blankets etc.

MONOGRAMMED CLOTHING 

Since our designs are hand crafted, we can monogram a name on clothing designs to create a personalized garment for that person. Please review the name you want placed on the shirt before ordering. We use the exact name given to us through the order, therefore, we are not liable for spelling errors. Monogrammed products cannot be refunded.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders are packaged and shipped Monday-Friday only. Since our shirts are embroidered and custom made please allow 2-7 days Business Days for the production of your order. Once your order is complete, we will ship it out immediately. If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed.

• All items purchased through Angie O'Leary's boutique are shipped via USPS. Items are shipped to the address provided at checkout or Etsy. so please be sure your address is correct.

• Standard delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, and P.O. Boxes addresses usually arrives within 5 - 13 business day from the shipped date, excluding holidays.

• Standard delivery usually arrives within 3 - 6 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays. Please allow 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS handling time.

• In order for items to arrive in time for a event or special occasion, please allow 3 weeks before the event to assure your items arrive on time. RUSH orders maybe place for additional cost of $5-$25 depending on the size of the order.

We take filing return claims very seriously. If there is an error with your product, we kindly ask that you notify us within 48 hours of receiving your product. We will require you to take pictures of ALL ITEMS including mailer, packaging, and shirts. We will need ALL items sent back to its original packaging & shirts so a claim can be filed. We will not be held liable for packages opened with, pens, markers, utensils, knives, etc. We ship in poly mailers and cello bags to protect your orders, please be careful when opening your packages.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Exchanges and Cancellations

You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase.

We Don't Accept Returns

Each item is made to order. For this reason, we cannot accept returns or refunds.Please contact me within 3 days after delivery for exchanges due to error on Our part. We will be happy to resolve any issues that were made by Us.

All returned or exchanged items must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged, with all tags attached. All returned items must be accompanied by the return form sent..

Monogrammed items cannot be refunded. Please Check your Spelling and email messages that come your way in case we missed a detail.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

As soon as your package is shipped, you may receive an email notification confirming the shipment. The email will provide you with the tracking number for your package and a link to the shipping carrier's website.
